The E is the base car of the fourth-generation Vios, not the J. When UMW Toyota launched the AC100 in March 2023 it dropped the J and the GR Sport, so the range started with the E at RM89,600 and stepped up to the G at RM95,500.
That matters when you are shopping used. A “2023 Vios J” advert is either a previous-generation car or a mistake, because this generation never had one.
The wheelbase is 2,620 mm, 70 mm longer than the car it replaced. Most of that went into rear legroom, which is the reason the AC100 feels bigger inside than its exterior suggests.
