Replace them as a set of four, both wheels at once. If the drums are scored, machine them or replace them, because new shoes on a scored drum will not bed in. Rear shoes last far longer than front pads, so a workshop quoting rear shoes at 60,000 km is selling you something you may not need. Ask to see the lining thickness first.
