Iridium plugs for the CamPro VVT engines, sold in a set of four. Malaysian sellers list both PW812674 and PW913705 against the same Iriz application, which usually means the later number supersedes the earlier one, so confirm which number your counter has in stock rather than assuming one is wrong.

The common aftermarket plug for this engine is the Mitsubishi LKAR7C-9 iridium. If a seller cannot tell you which plug suits your engine code, buy elsewhere.

Gaps are set on the plug, so do not let anyone regap an iridium tip. Replace at 40,000km, or earlier if the car starts hesitating under load.
