The last flagship. Proton took the name from a 2014 concept car and built a jacked-up, cladded Iriz with a black roof, roof rails and fake Allen bolts on the arches. It is the only Iriz with LED headlights and the only one with the GKUI head unit, eSIM and “Hi Proton” voice control.
Mechanically it is a standard 1.6 CVT car. No all-wheel drive, no raised suspension kit beyond the taller 16-inch wheel and tyre package, so treat the SUV look as cosmetic. It replaced the 1.6 Premium in August 2021 and stayed until production ended in September 2025.
RM57,300 is the 17 August 2022 SST-inclusive price. It launched at RM54,000 with the SST exemption, and the January 2022 list moved it to RM54,800. Expect used prices to track the 1.6 Executive closely, since the extra money bought trim.
Dimensions and kerb weight are the CarBase.my figures for the 2023 car (3965 x 1740 x 1574 mm, 2555 mm wheelbase, 1185 kg), checked 2026-10-26. Earlier versions of this entry listed 1554 mm and 1210 kg, which matched neither the Active nor the standard body. Verified against the paultan.org 5 August 2021 launch report and the 17 August 2022 SST price report, checked 2026-10-26.
