The 1.6 Executive is the longest-running Iriz trim, but not a continuous one. It was sold from launch in 2014, dropped in the 2017 update when the range was cut to four variants, then brought back with the April 2019 facelift. This entry covers both runs and the gap is a gap, not a mistake.
The 1.6 litre engine is the one to have if the car spends time on the highway. Same 107 to 109 PS as the rest of the 1.6 range, with noticeably better mid-range pull than the 1.3. Six airbags arrive with the 2019 facelift, along with the eight-inch screen and 16-inch wheels on the 2022 model.
RM50,300 is the 17 August 2022 SST-inclusive list, the last price. Earlier: RM46,700 on the April 2019 list, RM47,100 at the August 2021 launch, RM47,800 from January 2022 before SST came back. Production of the Iriz ended on 9 September 2025.
